I can't log in

Double-check your School Code, ID and PIN. If you can't remember them, your teacher can reset them.

The microphone isn't working

In your browser's address bar, set the mic permission to "Allow" and refresh. We recommend Chrome.

I see "check your microphone and read again"

The mic was off or too quiet to record. Turn the mic on, move closer, read clearly, and record that page again.

I can't hear the audio

Check your device volume, earphone connection, and that you're not muted.

My Read Aloud results aren't showing yet

Scoring takes a moment. It runs in the background — when it's done you'll get a "Read Aloud results are ready" notification and the report fills in live.
